Avenue Living secures a place on WPC's 2025 list of top employers in Canadian wealth management
Wealth Professional Canada has released its list of the Best Wealth Management Firms to Work for in Canada, Top Employers 2025, recognizing the best firms in Canada’s wealth management industry.
The winners stood out for creating supportive workplaces, prioritizing employee wellbeing, and offering strong career development opportunities.
One of this year’s standout honourees is Avenue Living, headquartered in Calgary with more than 500 employees. The company was praised for fostering an environment where employees feel empowered and connected.
Tammy Cho, Chief Communications and Marketing Officer, said, “When you have happy employees, that’s how you really inspire them to bring their best to work.” She added that this benefits both customers and colleagues.
Chief people officer Charlotte Collett said, “It’s going to look slightly different for every candidate. For some, the emphasis on paid time off is going to be really important; for others, it might be hard dollars.”
